Almira Ross co-founder of Gold-Digger Inc and a highly regarded business consultant, author and coach.  Almira joined the IT industry and quickly rose to senior management positions in the City before leaving to establish a new career as a business coach and consultant.  In the past 5 years she has worked closely with business men and women, encouraging them to find their purpose and set their lives and businesses on fire.

She is a certified NLP practitioner, a graduate of Landmark, Insight and an Educo™ Mind Master.  Mind mastery forms the basis for the New Mind Technology™ at the heart of the Mine Your Own Business™ Programme which Almira and her co-founder Susie Heath have created to catapult companies to a far higher level of profitability, personal fulfilment and contribution.  

Almira is married with one lovely daughter.  She’s committed to lifelong health, wealth and learning, and to using her wealth and talents to make a positive difference in this world – as only entrepreneurs and businesses can do.  She loves to dance and can often be found striking out across the moors or through beech woods, her sketch book and water colours to hand.

Susie Heath co-founder of Gold-Digger Inc and a highly experienced business coach, consultant and workshop facilitator.  Featured on television and radio for the success she achieved with the horticultural company she founded, Susie has since moved on to establish a career as a much sought-after coach, consultant and specialist speaker.

For the past 10 years, she has worked closely with business leaders across a range of industries, inspiring them to use more of their minds to achieve higher profitability for their businesses and greater personal fulfilment in their lives.

She is trained as a corporate psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Life Mastery practitioner, Biodanza™ teacher and Educo™ Mind Master.  Susie has drawn heavily on these practices in developing the Gold-Digger Mine Your Own Business Programme with co-founder Almira Ross – a programme designed specifically to draw out the vast untapped potential in a business and its people.  

A personal health crisis some years ago revealed an unswerving passion for life, inspiring her quest for physical, emotional and mental well-being and a deep passion for personal development. Currently single, Susie devotes her leisure time to being out in nature, her family, her writing, travel, dancing and painting.  

Lilach Bullock is Gold-Digger’s PA. Lilach joins the Gold Digger team and brings with her over 17 years of extensive skills experience in the legal, HR and training industries including working in England, Australia and Israel.
